Keeping Community While Working Remotely

The past year of remote working has most people thinking the tools to be successful include a laptop, outlet, and wifi. While those are obviously crucial when working from home, a sense of community is what motivates and increases productivity. Here are three ways you can engage with our online community to help you beat the remote working blues.

Learn Together

At TableSpace as a part of our new community benefits, we are offering weekly Conversation Corners where you can learn from industry experts on a wide variety of topics. This is a great opportunity to connect with others who are interested in similar topics as well as learn from seasoned professionals. There’s time to start conversations with other participants as well as ask questions to our guests to get the most out of the presentation.

Grab a Coffee (Virtually of course!)

Join our weekly Coffee Chat Check-ins to keep that work camaraderie alive. We all miss being able to meet at a coffee shop or the small breaks at the office to catch up with colleagues but we can continue to do that still! It’s proven that taking breaks increases your productivity and the caffeine and interactions with others are surefire ways to boost your mood, reduce stress and grow your network wider than ever before!

Keeping Accountability

It’s hard when you’re working on your own at home to stay as motivated and accountable as when in the office. Sharing your goals for the week and what you want to accomplish is perfect to stay on track. In our Coffee Chat Check-ins or Virtual Coworking sessions, we can provide that for each other and encourage growth and productivity.

All our current memberships include our new online programming or sign up for our online-only membership for $19/month to stay connected with a community!
